How Eazyle collects, uses, and protects your information.

Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive the profile information those providers share.
Organization and financial data
You may enter business information including company details, invoices, transactions, payroll records, tax filings, and other financial data (“Your Data”). This data is stored to provide the Service.
Usage data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, browser type, device information, and IP address.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies for authentication, session management, analytics, and preferences. Our analytics partners include PostHog (product analytics) and Sentry (error tracking). See our Cookie Policy for details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process transactions and send related notifications.
- Send administrative messages, security alerts, and support communications.
- Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.

3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who assist in operating the Service, including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (caching and rate limiting), Sentry (error tracking), and PostHog (product analytics). Each provider is bound by data processing agreements.
- Accountant workspaces if you grant an accounting professional access to your organization through the platform.
- Legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or legal process.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your Data is stored in secure, encrypted databases. We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, row-level security policies, and access controls. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.
5. Data Retention
We retain Your Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, audit logs).
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (right to erasure).

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States where our primary infrastructure is hosted. The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date.
