Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using Eazyle.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Eazyle platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Eazyle is a product of Eazyle Inc., a Delaware corporation. Eazyle provides cloud-based finance, planning, media, production, accountant collaboration, and customer billing tools for businesses and accounting professionals. The Service includes the Eazyle web application, APIs, mobile applications (where available), and any associated documentation.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Your Data”). You grant Eazyle a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.
6. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Eazyle and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party services including, but not limited to: Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (hosting and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (caching), Sentry (error tracking), and PostHog (product analytics). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Eazyle is not responsible for third-party service availability or conduct.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eazyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may close your account through the account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
